What's the catch? Are you actually building websites for free?+
Yes. The website build is free. We do this because most small business owners do not have thousands sitting around for a site, but they still need to look professional online. After the questionnaire and account signup, you activate the $24/month hosting, maintenance, support, and edits plan through Stripe so we can start preparing the first version.
Why are you doing this?+
Small business owners are already carrying rent, tools, insurance, fuel, staff, slow weeks, and customers who pay late. We want the website to stop being another giant upfront bill. If we can help you look legitimate and win more calls, the monthly relationship can work for both sides.
What are the hidden costs?+
There are no hidden Webayto costs. The plan is $24/month for hosting, maintenance, support, and reasonable edits. The only normal outside cost is your domain registration, because the domain has to be owned by you.
Do you create logos and graphic design?+
Yes. If you do not have a logo or your current one looks outdated, we can help with a simple logo direction and website graphics. The goal is not to trap you in a branding project. The goal is to make your business look clean, trustworthy, and ready to contact.
How are you building these websites? Do you use templates?+
We do not use generic templates or website builders. Every Webayto site is custom designed and custom coded around the actual business, service, city, photos, and offer, so it feels fast, professional, and visually attractive instead of copied from the same layout everyone else has.
Do you offer custom services or paid functionality?+
Yes. If you need something beyond the standard free website and monthly care plan, ask us. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know if we can build it, how we would approach it, and what it would cost.
When do I start paying?+
After you finish the questionnaire and create your Webayto account, Stripe checkout opens for the $24/month hosting, maintenance, support, and edits plan. Once payment is active, we start preparing the first version of your website.
Can I request changes after the site is live?+
Yes. That is a big part of the $24/month. If your hours change, you add a service, update pricing, replace a photo, or need a small text change, you can request it instead of trying to figure it out yourself.
Is this only for certain businesses?+
We are focused on small local and service businesses: cleaners, barbers, trades, tutors, beauty pros, landscapers, repair services, trainers, and similar businesses that need a professional online home without agency pricing.
Will I own my domain and business information?+
Yes. Your domain should be registered in your name or business name. Your business information is yours. We want to be useful because the service is worth keeping, not because you are trapped.
What happens when I cancel the $24 plan?+
You keep your domain and your business information. Webayto keeps the website design, code, hosting setup, and maintenance system we created. If you cancel, the site comes offline and you would need another provider to build and host a new website for you.
